Solar EV North is proud to announce the successful completion of 143 in-roof solar PV installations in Hadston, Northumberland, delivered as part of a large-scale housing improvement programme.
As part of the wider scheme, each property received a full new roof installed by a separate roofing contractor, with Solar EV North responsible for the installation and integration of the in-roof solar PV systems.
This collaborative approach demonstrates how renewable energy can be effectively incorporated into major fabric upgrade programmes to maximise long-term value and performance.

In-roof solar PV systems are designed to replace traditional roof coverings, sitting flush within the roof structure rather than being mounted above it. On this project, our team worked closely alongside the roofing contractor to ensure the solar systems were seamlessly integrated into the newly installed roofs.
